Shipping Handling Time

If a part is ordered online there is no guarantee that it is in stock and ready to ship. We stock thousands of common parts and if they are in stock we will send it out upon receipt of your order.

When you order a part online it may have to be ordered from our supplier and it can take anywhere from 1- 10 business days to receive the part, depending on the supplier. Once we receive the parts we will ship them as soon as possible.

Parts will sometimes be drop shipped directly from our vendors and manufactures. We do this to provide the fastest shipping possible.

Parts Orders
Parts orders will ship complete unless otherwise specified. If it is requested they are shipped separately additional shipping charges will be incurred.

Carrier Information
We use a variety of carriers to get you the product the fastest and at the best price. We will choose the appropriate delivery method for your order to your specific address.

Tracking Information
If available by the chosen carrier, we will email you a tracking number.

We cannot ship out of the continental US

Large Parts or Overweight
Some large items sold as "Parts" including but not limited to Mower Decks and Frames are too big to be shipped standard ground. If this is the case you will be notified by email of the additional charges that will occur.

Some parts are overweight according to carrier standards. Additional charges will be applied if an item is deemed overweight. If this is the case you will be notified by email of the additional charges that will occur.


Policies applicable only to products purchased directly from

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product.

  • All products returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may obtain a RA number by calling 847-965-4704
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us:
    • Any product not purchased from
    • Any product that has been installed or used
    • Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

Please Note: Any product returned to V and J must be new, unused, complete, marked with a valid RA number, and less than 30 days after original invoice date. Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a 25% processing charge for any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable
